The X Factor
All 8 guys each tried out for the show as solo artists, only to be cut at bootcamp. However, they were all brought back as a group because the judges felt that all 8 guys were too good to let go. They made it to Judges' Homes with Louis Walsh as their mentor. They wowed both him and his guest advisor, former judge Tulisa Contostavlos, with their rendition of the Coldplay hit "Fix You", earning them a place in the live shows.
Their rendition of the Katy Perry hit "Roar" in the first live show earned them praise from the judges with their mentor Louis Walsh saying that he thought that they could be the next big boy band. Despite having a strong fan base especially among the show's female fans as well as some strong performances of songs such as "Run" and "Boys of Summer", the guys were eliminated in Week 8, finishing in 5th place.
Post X Factor
After wowing crowds during the X Factor tour, the guys signed a deal with James Grant Music and released their first single, "Love Me So", on June 21, 2015.
Weeks later they announced their split since being an unsigned act was beginning to become more difficult, as they didn't have the funds to keep going. Casey Johnson later replaced George Shelley in the group Union J in 2016 but left in 2017. James Graham later tried out for and won the second season of the American singing competition show, The Four: Battle for Stardom, in 2018.
