Samantha Jade Gibbs (born 14 April 1987), known professionally as Samantha Jade, is an Australian singer-songwriter, actress, and former child model from Perth, Western Australia who won the fourth series of The X Factor Australia. As part of the Over 25s category, her mentor was Guy Sebastian.

The X Factor

On 20 November 2012, Samantha won the show, becoming the first woman to do so and surviving three appearances in the sing off. Her first two singles, "What You've Done to Me" and "Firestarter", became top 10 hits on the ARIA Singles Charts. The music video for "Firestarter" won Samantha an ARIA Award for "Best Video" at the 27th ARIA Awards.
