Marcus Allen Canty (born January 22, 1991) is a finalist on X Factor USA. He is in the Boys group under judge LA Reid. He is known for his showman-like style and has often been compared to Grammy-winning R&B singer Usher. However, Canty has found himself in the bottom 2 three times(twice going into deadlock and one time resulting in Rachel Crow being eliminated) and has managed to survive despite predictions that he might be eliminated himself. Marcus was eliminated on December 15th 2011 placing fourth.

Post-X Factor USAEdit

On January 18, 2012, Epic Records announced that it had signed Canty to a record deal. His first single, "Won't Make A Fool Out of You", will be released to radio on March 12, 2012.
