Trivia[]
- Lauren Platt is the first out of two 4th place finishers to be named Lauren, with the second being Lauren Murray.
- Platt received more public votes than Andrea Faustini in the semi-final which meant that if there was not a Final Showdown or if Walsh or Cowell voted to send Platt through to the final or if the result went to deadlock, Platt would have advanced to the final and Faustini would have been eliminated.
- Platt is the second semi-finalist to not finish last in the semi-final public vote and not advance to the final. Mary Byrne was the first act in this scenario in Series 7. This was followed by Try Star in the Celebrity spin-off in 2019.
- Lauren's brother Lewis Platt was a member of Britain's Got Talent Series 9 Finalists Entity AllStars.
