Fleur Lillibeth East (born 29 October 1987) is an English singer, songwriter, rapper, dancer, and fitness model from Walthamstow, London who finished as runner-up in Series 11 of The X Factor. She was a part of the Over 26s category, mentored by Simon Cowell.

The X Factor[]

She had previously auditioned in 2005 as part of the group Addictiv Ladies, then mentored too by Cowell, where they made it to the live shows, but only finished in 12th place.

She returned in 2014 as a soloist and made it all the way to Judges' Houses as part of the Over 26s category, again mentored by Simon Cowell. He selected her as one of his Top 3 finalists for the live shows.

Throughout the live shows she impressed everyone with her performances and notably caught the attention of the British media with her semi final performance of Mark Ronson & Bruno Mars' "Uptown Funk". She performed the song again during the final and finished as runner-up to Ben Haenow.

Post The X Factor[]

Following her appearance on the show she was signed to the Syco Music label and started recording her debut album.

In November 2015, she released the debut single "Sax", which peaked at #3 on the UK charts. Her debut album was released soon after and peaked at #14. Subsequent singles performed less well.

In 2016, she signed a deal with Columbia Records to launch her international career.

During Series 13, she returned to help judge Louis Walsh select his Top 3 Groups for the live shows alongside Alesha Dixon.

In October 2017, it was reported that she had been dropped by Syco Music due to poor record sales.

In 2018, she competed on the eighteenth series of ITV's 'I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here', wherein she placed 4th overall.

In 2019, she released three new singles which included Favourite Thing, Figured Out & Size, with the latter used as part of the Debenhams Christmas Advertisement Campaign.

In the same year, she also began co-hosting the Hits Radio Breakfast Show alongside James Barr & Gregg Burns.

In 2020, she released singles entitled 'Lucky' and NHS Charity Single 'Not Alone', alongside her second studio album 'Fearless'.

In the same year she appeared upon an episode of 'Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway', and competed upon 'Rolling In It', 'Don't Rock The Boat', a celebrity special of BBC's 'The Hit List' and a celebrity special of 'The Crystal Maze'. Within the same year she also appeared on BBC's 'The One Show' and ITV's 'The Story Of SMTV Live'.

In 2021, she appeared as a guest upon an episode of 'Martin & Roman's Weekend Best!' & 'James Martin's Saturday Morning'.

In the same year she hosted new ITV Game Show 'The Void' alongside Ashley Banjo of Diversity fame.

In 2022, she appeared as a guest upon an episode of 'Celebrity Juice', and co-hosted ITV's Platinum Jubilee Street Party alongside comedian Jason Manford.

In August 2022, she was confirmed as a celebrity contestant upon the twentieth series of the BBC's 'Strictly Come Dancing', before she later went on to reach the Final.

In December 2022, she released a new single entitled 'Count The Ways'.

In March 2023, she appeared upon an episode of CBBC show 'Love! Love! Love!', upon an episode of "Blue Peter" which was repurposed for one day only as "Red Peter" for Comic Relief wherein she performed her latest single 'Count The Ways'. upon a Eurovision auditions skit for Comic Relief, and upon an episode of 'Saturday Kitchen Live'.

In June 2023, she was announced as the new host of ‘Strictly Come Dancing’s’ spin-off show entitled ‘Strictly: It Takes Two’ on an episode of BBC’s ‘The One Show’, thus replacing incumbent host Janette Manrara.
